Our current offer can be found on the gopass.travel website or on individual resort subpages as a part of basic filter categories. Gopass offers tickets to ski resorts, water parks, amusement parks and golf courses; cable car trips, parking, events or experiences, as well as, ski school and rental services.
Yes, cancellations are available for such cases in your Gopass account under My Orders. Select the service to cancel by clicking "Cancel." Only certain unused products are cancellable; if the option isn’t available, the product cannot be cancelled. Based on the type of product, cancellations can be made until the day before validity or even on the validity day (except Mt Lomnický štít tickets). The cancellation fee is 1 EUR/30 CZK/5 PLN (until 11:59 pm the day before) or 5 EUR/150 CZK/25 PLN (until 11:59 am on the validity day). The remaining amount will be credited as goX cashback. Cancellations cannot be processed after 12:00 noon on the day of use. If you have activated a 0 EUR/0 CZK/0 PLN voucher, cancellations are possible only if your goX balance meets the required amount (1 EUR/30 CZK/5 PLN the day before until 11:59 pm or 5 EUR/150 CZK/25 PLN on the validity day until 11:59 am). Seasonal products and most events are non-cancellable.
Gopass offers various payment methods, which may vary depending on individual resorts. Payment by card, online banking (CZ/PL) and Apple Pay are standard. Additional methods include goX credit/cashback and Twisto (CZ).
Yes, it is possible to shop for someone else by adding them to your account and then selecting them when making a purchase. The second option is to click on the “Another person with a Gopass card” button (e.g. buddy, neighbour) in the purchase process and enter the person’s Gopass card number.
Services can be purchased also on the day of use, but there are a few exceptions e.g. ski schools or ski rentals. Products are loaded to your card within 15 minutes after the purchase.
The validity of a product can be checked while making a purchase or after its completion on a thank you screen, in an email confirmation or in the “My orders” section in your account.
In this case, firstly check the SPAM folder in your email box or write “Gopass” into the search bar in your box to look for emails sent by our company. If the respective message doesn’t appear there either, please contact our customer service on 0850 122 155 (from Slovakia) or +421 220 510 448 (from abroad) to have your email address checked.
No, it is not necessary to print out a confirmation email, displaying it on your mobile device is enough as a proof.
Prices on Gopass vary depending on several factors. These differences are most visible in the case of ski passes as their prices are set dynamically according to the current situation and the demand. In principle, the rule is that the sooner you buy, the better is the price.
No, prices vary by age category in most cases. The adult rate is the basic price from which the others are derived.
Discounts cannot be combined. For example, if a person younger than 18 years holds an ISIC/ITIC/Euro 26 card, or if an individual older than 60 years holds a disability card, a further discount cannot be applied, as they already benefit from a better price based on their age group.
In case it is not possible to add a product to the basket, it is likely that we do not allow the product purchase with the given configuration or you have already made a purchase for the selected date. If these instances are ruled out, our system has not alerted you to any restrictions and the purchase is still not possible, please contact our customers line on 0850 122 155 (calling from Slovakia) or +421 220 510 448 from abroad for more information.
If you are not able to choose the required time or number of persons, no spare capacity is probably available for the given time or number of persons. The cabin to Mt Lomnický štít has strict safety limits, so we recommend finding another nearest suitable date.
Every invoice is generated automatically after the respective payment is made and includes the name of the main Gopass account holder and the data that you entered when registering.
Yes, there is a 1 EUR/30 CZK/5 PLN cancellation fee if the cancellation is made by the end of the day before the product's validity, or a 5 EUR/150 CZK/25 PLN fee if cancelled by 12:00 noon on the day of validity. The goX cashback earned from the original purchase is deducted, and your goX balance must not fall below zero, or the cancellation cannot be made.
GoX credit can be used within each country separately. For example, goX credit in EUR can only be used for products valid in Slovakia/Austria, credit in CZK for products in the Czech Republic and credit in PLN for Polish products. When cancelling a product, the refunded goX credit after deducing the respective fee will be in the currency of the country where the product was valid.
You have 30 minutes to complete your purchase as the best prices for products are only available in limited quantities. If this time is exceeded, products in the shopping basket will be removed (deleted) and it will be necessary to select them again.
Products related to different resorts and countries have to be purchased separately. If you e.g. buy cableway tickets and water park tickets, you have to make two orders, i.e. complete your purchase of cableway tickets first and then buy water park tickets.
After purchasing the ski pass, it takes between 0 and 15 minutes for the ski pass to be loaded onto your Gopass keycard. This means that if you want to go through a turnstile immediately after the purchase and your Gopass card doesn't work at the reader, the ski pass may still be in the loading process.
