Just like flight tickets, ski pass prices are flexible. Early online purchases guarantee better prices. If your plans change, you can cancel your skiing at a nominal fee.
Gopass Cashback is making things cheaper!
With Gopass Cashback, you can earn 1.5 – 5% on your purchase value as goX cashback. The earned goX can be used for further purchases of products and services offered by Gopass programme partners. GoX cashback cannot be earned when buying ski passes and products at Šachtičky, Monínec and Mittedorf resorts.

Cancellation terms
Only selected products can be cancelled, so if there is no cancellation option displayed for a service in your Gopass account, the product is non-refundable. Depending on the specific product, cancellation is possible one day before it is valid or even on the day of validity.
Cancellation fees
Cancellation is subject to a fee of 1 EUR / 30 CZK / 5 PLN (one day before validity until 23:59) or 5 EUR / 150 CZK / 25 PLN (on the day of validity until 11:59). The rest of the sum is credited to your Gopass account as goX credit. The product cannot be cancelled on the day of use after 12:00 noon.
