Starting from 1st November 2024, you'll refund between 1,5 - 5% of your purchase value in the form of goX cashback, depending on your level.

In the new Gopass Cashback loyalty programme, you won’t collect points anymore, but you’ll be earning goX. GoX will serve as internal Gopass currency which can be used to purchase products and services offered by Gopass programme partners. You'll be put to a specific cashback level based on the total value of your past Gopass purchases. With each purchase, your total expenditure increases, which could help you move to a higher level with more cashback. From now on, it's much more important to identify yourself with your Gopass when shopping, so that we know which account to credit with the goX cashback.

To participate in the competition, you need to have sufficient goX in your Gopass account. Use it to buy products online via the gopass.travel website, the Gopass app or at brick-and-mortar points of sale (offline) where goX is accepted. Purchases must be paid for 100% using goX.

In the goX Wallet, you'll see your total goX balance. The goX balance consists of goX cashback and goX credit and works as internal Gopass currency, which can be used to purchase products and services. Depending on your level, you can earn from 1.5% to 5% goX cashback of the purchase value when buying hotel accommodation, products and services. GoX credit can be earned by cancelling products, getting refunds or purchasing goX credit.

What is offline payment and when do I need to enable it?

For security reasons, you must enable offline payment using the new goX Gopass currency in your goX wallet before paying in bars, restaurants and shops.

By enabling offline payment, you activate your Gopass card to use goX for a period of 4 hours. Offline payment can be confirmed by entering a PIN code which can be created after logging into your Gopass account and clicking on the goX wallet tab. The PIN code can be changed later in your settings. After enabling the payment, your family accounts can also pay with goX, but only by using their Gopass cards. Offline payment can be disabled after settling your bill.

How and when can I earn goX cashback?

Buying products online via the website or the Gopass APP

GoX cashback can be earned one day after using the respective product, according to your current cashback level. Why only the day after using the product? Simply because we still want to keep the option for you to cancel products and services online, which wouldn't be possible after cashback is credited.

Buying refreshments or products in Motion shops in resorts

Cashback for all purchases of refreshments or products in Motion shops in resorts will be credited to your goX the day after your purchase, according to your current cashback level.

Booking accommodation via Gopass or tmrhotels

When booking accommodation through Gopass or TMR Hotels and logging into your Gopass account, you will receive goX cashback twice. 5% goX cashback of the accommodation price will be credited to your account one day after checking in. Additional 1.5-5% goX cashback, depending on your level, will be credited for the stay, selected products and services purchased while staying at the accommodation establishment one day after you check out. This way, you can save much more while staying at a hotel than before..


Example: You buy a holiday worth 1,000€ through Gopass.

The day after you check in, you will receive 5% of the paid amount, i.e. 50€, as goX cashback. If you treat yourself to additional services while staying at the hotel, such as drinks and a massage worth 100€ in total, you will get other goX cashback according to your level the day after you check out. For example, if you are at the Gold level with 4% goX cashback, your goX cashback credit for the 1,100€ spent (accommodation and services) is 44€. In total, you will receive up to 94€ as goX cashback.

When will I NOT earn cashback??

You will NOT earn cashback for purchases without identifying yourself with your Gopass account/card, not even retroactively. You also won’t earn cashback if you book accommodation through other portals than gopass.travel or tmrhotels.com or if you don’t identify yourself by logging into the Gopass account when purchasing through TMR Hotels.

When is goX cashback on purchases added to the goX wallet?

Cashback can be earned only on purchases when you identify yourself with your Gopass account/card. From now on, it will be even more important to identify yourself with your Gopass when buying something so that we know which account to add goX cashback to.

Our priority is to continuously improve the customer experience. After a thorough analysis and your feedback, we have decided to switch to the Gopass Cashback programme, which offers greater flexibility and easier use of discounts and benefits. Our existing Gopass points programme will be replaced by the new, more attractive Gopass Cashback loyalty programme. On 31st October 2024, the Gopass points are going to be cancelled. From 1st November 2024, the new Gopass Cashback loyalty programme begins.  
Cashback is a simple and transparent loyalty reward programme. For each purchase, you will receive a certain percentage of the purchase value back in the form of goX cashback, according to your level. The cashback amount can be used for future purchases. The system will allow you to use the accumulated goX cashback to buy products and experiences much more easily.   
You will see your total goX balance in the goX wallet. The goX balance consists of goX cashback and goX credit and works as internal Gopass currency that can be used to purchase products and services.  
You will receive goX cashback one day after using the respective product, according to your current cashback level. Why only the next day after using the product? Simply because we still want to keep the option of online cancellations of products and services for you, which would not be possible after crediting goX cashback. Cashback on all purchases of refreshments or products in Motion shops will be credited to your goX the day after the purchase, according to your current cashback level.
You will NOT earn goX Cashback if you book accommodation through other portals than gopass.travel or tmrhotels.com and also if buying products and services in resorts of external partners (resorts outside the Tatry mountain resorts holding). If you do not identify yourself with your Gopass account/card when buying a product/service, goX cashback will also not be credited to your account. It will not be possible to retrospectively earn goX cashback on purchases without identification. Sales/special offers in our facilities are also excluded from goX cashback crediting.
You can use goX cashback when purchasing services related to selected resorts through the Gopass programme (online sale) or you can use it when paying in selected establishments (offline sale). Selected establishments where goX cashback can be used will be marked with a sticker.
There are 5 levels. Level 1: START 1.5% goX cashback (0€ - 100€); Level 2: BRONZE 2% goX cashback (101€ - 600€); Level 3: SILVER 3% goX cashback (601€ - 2,500€); Level 4: GOLD 4% goX cashback (2,501€ - 10,000€); Level 5: PLATINUM 5% goX cashback (10,001€ and more). Your level will be determined according to your total spend (purchases).
You can move to higher goX cashback levels by shopping via the Gopass Cashback programme or in selected establishments. The levels are detailed in the question "What are the levels of goX cashback?".
GoX credit is credit obtained after a service cancellation or from refunds. GoX cashback is earned according to your level of purchasing products and services.
After logging into your Gopass account and opening your Personal Zone (by clicking on your first and last name in the top right corner), your goX wallet will be displayed on the left side of the screen, under your photograph.
After logging into your Gopass account, your goX wallet will show your goX cashback earned on purchases and goX credit purchased or obtained after service cancellations. This way, you will know exactly how much of each goX you have.
Yes. In the goX wallet, you will see your goX cashback according to the currency (EUR, PLN or CZK) if you purchased products to be used in those countries. If you have not purchased services in other countries, the amount of the respective currency will be displayed as 0 (zero).
We are preparing this feature, and it will be available to you at the beginning of 2025.
No, this is not possible. Earned goX cashback can be used to purchase products and services; it cannot be transferred to a bank account.
Transferring goX cashback from one Gopass account to another is not possible.
We are sorry, but you will lose the earned goX cashback after cancelling your Gopass account. Therefore, we recommend that you remain a member of the Gopass programme and continue to enjoy its benefits.
GoX credit that you obtained after a service cancellation or a refund can be paid out to an account only if cancelling the respective Gopass account.
GoX cashback will be credited to you the next day after your purchase.
You will receive the 15% discount in selected establishments as goX cashback. After you pay your bill in full, 15% of the total amount will be credited to your goX cashback. When purchasing products and services online, without applying the discount, goX cashback will be credited to your account according to your level.

The discount calculation when purchasing accommodation is undergoing a significant change too. Until now, there was a 10% discount only on the accommodation price when booking accommodation through Gopass. This is changing to 5% of the total stay price plus an additional 1.5 - 5% on other products and services according to your goX cashback level. The stay price means the entire paid amount, while the term accommodation price stands only for the price for lodging without meals, products and additional services. This way, you can save more than before.
When Gopass accounts are merged, goX is also merged, i.e. goX from the account of the person being assigned to another account will be transferred to the Gopass master account to which the person is being transferred.
Yes. GoX cashback will expire if no purchases linked to your Gopass account are made within two years (1.11.2024 – 31.10.2026 and subsequent two-year periods).
Moving up or down between the levels is always possible. You can move up to a higher level by spending (shopping). If you don’t meet the spending threshold of your current level over the past two years (1.11.2024 – 31.10.2026), you will be downgraded to another level according to your spending as of 1.11.2024.   
Yes, but you need to open the web browser on your smartphone and go to www.gopass.travel. When paying with goX, goX payment has to be activated always in advance. This can be done in your Gopass account
