Sunrise at Goldeck

Sunrises have always cast a magical spell over us. No two sunrises are the same. The early morning nature experience on the Goldeck is particularly fascinating

With the Goldeckbahn, Carinthia's most modern cable car, you float up to the mountain station at 1,780 m, from where you can watch the sunrise spectacle on the reservoir and then you have the option of stopping off at our "SEEHÜTTE" Goldeck - breakfast á la carte is served from 6 a.m. on sunrise times. The more sporty climb the Goldeck summit at 2,142 m above sea level to experience the sunrise there.
For organizational reasons, tickets must be purchased at least one day in advance (by 13:00); they cannot be purchased on the day of the event.
If the event is cancelled due to bad weather or if the number of participants is too low, the ticket will be refunded. Cancellations are always announced the day before, so the name and telephone number must be provided.
If the ticket is not used, there will be no refund.
Please note that this year there will be NO buffet in the Seehütte - an à la carte breakfast will be offered. A promotional voucher worth 15 euros (adults) or 7.5 euros (children) will be issued when you purchase a sunrise ticket, which can be redeemed in the Seehütte Goldeck throughout the season.
