After thorough analysis and your feedback, we decided to switch to the Gopass Cashback programme, which offers greater flexibility and easier use of discounts and benefits. We believe this new system will bring you more experiences and benefits for your purchases.

Our existing Gopass points programme will be replaced by the new, more attractive Gopass Cashback loyalty programme. Gopass points are going to be cancelled on 31.10.2024.

Gopass Cashback is a simple and transparent loyalty reward programme. For each purchase, you will receive a certain percentage of the purchase value back in the form of credit, which you can use for future purchases. This system will allow you to use the accumulated credit much more easily to buy products and experiences.

We recommend using the points accumulated in the old loyalty points programme by 31.10.2024. You can now redeem them for offers in your Gopass account, in the Gopass vouchers section. All points are going to expire after 31.10.2024. 

There already are offers for points in your Gopass account, in the Gopass vouchers section and thy include summer season tourist cable car tickets, water park tickets and also ski passes valid for the winter season 2024/2025. You can also use your collected points when booking a hotel on the website: www.tmrhotels.sk. We have prepared a Summer competition for points, where you can use your collected points to activate a competition lottery ticket worth 100 points, join the competition and win great prizessezóne 2024/2025. Cashback can be earned for purchasing services through the Gopass programme (online sales) and for purchases in selected facilities (except clients who are entitled to a 15% discount based on their products – season ticket holders, shareholders) (offline sales).

No, Cashback cannot expire. You can use Cashback at any time during your membership in the Gopass programme.

Yes, Cashback credit is rounded mathematically to two decimal places.

No, this is not possible. The earned Cashback credit can only be used to purchase products and services, it cannot be paid out to a bank account.

Transferring Cashback credit from one Gopass account to another is not possible.

We are sorry but cancelling your Gopass account will result in the loss of earned Cashback credit. Therefore, we recommend that you remain a member of the Gopass programme and continue to enjoy its benefits.

Unfortunately, this will not be possible as it would be a discount on a discount. In the case of purchases in selected gastronomy facilities with a 15% discount applied, Cashback credit will not be credited. However, if you purchase services online, Cashback credit will be credited to you.
