Am I entitled a discount if I am a student, pensioner, disabled?
Yes, students, seniors and holders of a disability card (ŤZP) have their own discounted price categories.
Students over 18 and ITIC card holders are entitled to a reduced price. To get the discount, register your ISIC/ITIC/EURO<26 card in the Gopass cards section. Simply click the three dots to the right of the person’s name, select Discount card and fill in the details. Once the validity of the discount card has been verified, you can buy products for this person in the Student age category.
Seniors (people over 60) buy discounted services by selecting products and services in the Senior age category.
Claims based on disability (ŤZP) for people aged 18–59 are assessed on the basis of a customer request sent via the Profile settings tab. In the Discount cards section, you’ll find the option Upload ŤZP card next to each person registered on the given Gopass card. Fill in the form, attach the required images of the card and submit the request for approval. Requests are approved within a few working days. Once the card has been accepted, you will be able to buy products for that person in the Student price category. If the disability card holder is a child or a student, their price category does not change and the child or student price continues to apply.
