Gopass Investors Club

Membership is open to any individual or legal entity that: • holds investment shares in the TMR Fond, • agrees to the membership terms, • if an individual, also consents to the processing of personal data, • completes and submits an application.

Send the completed application to klub@gopass.travel. The application must include: • your identification details, • the value of your investment, • the Gopass card numbers of two people who will use the benefits (primary and secondary user), • a document confirming the investment amount.

Membership begins when GOPASS SE confirms your application. You will be notified once it has been approved.

Membership is always valid from 1 November to 31 October of the following year. If you are still an investor on 1 November, your membership will be renewed automatically.

Yes. The application may be submitted by email.

Attach any document confirming the stated amount to your application.

The type and number of benefits depend on the amount of your investment. Benefits include discounts on: • Gopass SKI season passes, • Fast Passes, • Fresh Track, • water park admission, • summer cable cars, and • hotel stays for two.

Once you have joined the club, the benefits are credited to both users’ Gopass accounts in the “Gopass coupons” section. The primary user receives benefits that cannot be divided, such as a stay.

No. Users can only be changed on 1 November each year. A change request must be submitted between 1 and 15 October.

No. Benefits can only be used during the applicable “Benefit Period” (1 November–31 October). Unused benefits expire without compensation.

Yes, membership may end: • if you cease to be an investor, • at your request (submitted by email), • if you breach the terms or provide false information.

Unused benefits expire. You are not entitled to compensation for them.

Your membership tier depends on the amount invested in the TMR Fond: • up to €59,999, • €60,000 to €124,999, • €125,000 and above. Holders of Class IA C investment shares are assigned a fixed tier that cannot be changed.

If you increase your investment, GOPASS SE may move you to a higher tier. If the new investment amount is not reported earlier, the update will take place no later than 1 November (the Record Date).

These are companies contractually participating in the Gopass system, typically mountain resorts, hotels and water parks (e.g. Jasná and Špindlerův Mlýn). You can find the list at www.gopass.travel.

You can find the scope of the benefits in Annex 2 to the Membership Terms, or request it from the Operator. You will be notified of any changes by email.

The Gopass card is an identifier within the Gopass system. Every user who uses the benefits must have an active Gopass account and a valid card.

Register at www.gopass.travel. You will receive the card in physical form or as an electronic barcode.

Once credited to the account, the benefits are activated in the “My coupons” section of the Gopass account. The user can redeem them when purchasing a product.

You can provide them later by emailing klub@gopass.travel. The Operator will assign the benefits within 10 working days of receiving them.

Yes, for example if the terms are breached or the benefits are misused.

The benefits are intended exclusively for the designated users. In the event of misuse, membership may be terminated without compensation.

Yes. If a particular benefit cannot be provided (for example, because an operation has closed), GOPASS SE will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative.

The stay must be booked by calling +421 44 290 1358 or emailing viphotelreservations@tmr.sk no later than 14 days before the planned start of the stay (for an in-season stay, i.e. from 14 June to 14 September and from 20 December to Easter Monday of the following calendar year), or 7 days in advance (for an off-season stay, i.e. from the Tuesday immediately following Easter Monday of the relevant calendar year to 13 June of that year, and from 15 September to 19 December of that year). Once the business partner confirms the booking, the dates of the stay are considered firmly reserved.

The stay is subject to availability. If the requested dates cannot be confirmed, the business partner will offer alternatives.

Yes. Legal entities may also become members if they meet the conditions.

Stays are allocated according to the membership tier and may be used both in and out of season. Each stay must be at least 2 nights and booked 7 to 14 days in advance, depending on the period.

The primary user is the person who receives indivisible benefits (such as stays). You designate this person in the application.

 Áno. Gopass Investors Club je určený aj pre investorov, ktorí vlastnia vybrané dlhopisy TMR Bonds. Po splnení podmienok členstva môžu využívať atraktívne benefity a zážitky v strediskách a hoteloch skupiny TMR. 

Na členstvo v Gopass Investors Club oprávňují emise dlhopisov TMR Bonds vydávané spoločnosťou TMR Real Estate. Konkrétne podmienky a minimálna výška investície potrebná na získanie členstva sú uvedené v aktuálnych podmienkach Gopass Investors Club. 

Vlastníctvo dlhopisov preukážete aktuálnym výpisom z majetkového účtu cenných papierov alebo potvrdením od banky či obchodníka s cennými papiermi, prostredníctvom ktorého dlhopisy vlastníte. Dokument musí obsahovať údaje umožňujúce overenie vlastníka a objemu držaných dlhopisov.

Ak investujete do TMR Fondu aj do dlhopisov TMR Bonds, vaše investície sa posudzujú podľa platných podmienok Gopass Investors Club. Prípadné sčítanie investícií na účely určenia úrovne členstva a pridelenia benefitov sa riadi pravidlami programu.

Po splatnosti dlhopisov a vyplatení investovaných prostriedkov už tieto dlhopisy nepredstavujú oprávnenú investíciu na účely členstva v Gopass Investors Club. Ďalšie trvanie členstva a možnosť čerpania benefitov sa riadia aktuálnymi podmienkami programu. Ak naďalej spĺňate podmienky členstva prostredníctvom inej oprávnenej investície, vaše členstvo môže pokračovať.
