The ticket is valid for a specific day during the operating hours of the cable cars.

The ticket is non-transferable and valid for one person only.
The selected ticket for the chosen route can be used once only.
Mountain insurance is not included in the cable car ticket.
Customers who have purchased Starý Smokovec resort pedestrian tickets online via www.gopass.travel need a QR code to pass through the turnstiles.
The QR code can be found in the purchase confirmation email.
At the turnstile, the QR code must be scanned from the purchase confirmation. You can either bring a printed copy with you or scan it directly from your mobile phone.

The Gopass keycard cannot be used – a QR code is required to pass through the turnstile.
