The card works across the Gopass partner network — ski resorts, aquaparks, and selected hotels in Slovakia, Czechia, and Austria.

When you first purchase products that require a plastic keycard, a Gopass card will automatically be added to your basket. You can collect it on your first visit to the resort from the client centre or at one of the self-service ticket machines (AOM). Collecting your Gopass keycard from an AOM machine is easy. Tap the screen, select your preferred language, tap “Collect” and enter the 6-digit PIN sent to you in your purchase confirmation email. The machine will then issue your keycard along with your purchased product, so you can head straight to the cable cars.

If you've forgotten your Gopass card before entering a water park, you can download your digital card to your phone using the Gopass app. You'll find it under the Gopass Cards tab, ready to show at the entrance. Alternatively, you can use the purchase confirmation email sent to you after successful payment. Your Gopass card number is included there too. For pedestrian tickets, scan the QR code in your order confirmation at the turnstile to access the cable cars. When skiing at ski resorts, you must have your Gopass keycard with you to pass through the turnstiles. If you've forgotten it, you can get a replacement card at the ticket office or client centre in the resort. A card replacement fee and a fee for reloading your ski pass will apply.
