Happy goX Days
Happy goX Days are public resort-wide campaigns during which customers are credited extra goX for buying specific products on selected dates.
goX campaigns
An up-to-date list of campaigns and promotions with extra goX that can be run. Choose a campaign type and you will be redirected to a form where you fill in all the information needed to launch the campaign or promotion.
Please submit your request at least 7 working days before the planned start of the campaign or promotion so that Gopass has enough time to process it.
Product campaigns
Top up goX – get a product
In this promotion, the customer tops up goX by at least a set amount within a set period and in return receives an additional product. This can be one or more products, free of charge or at any price.
Example: Top up at least €10 in your goX wallet and get a free festival voucher.
Product with an indirect discount in goX
The customer buys a product and receives extra goX for it. This replaces a direct discount on the product. The indirect discount in goX is used for offers to specific customers, whether a segment or another selection. These products are shown to the customer in their Gopass account.
Hotel campaigns
Happy goX Days – hotel stay
Public resort-wide campaigns with no promo code required, during which customers are credited extra goX for booking a stay within the promotion period, with the stay dates specifically marked at each participating hotel.
This solution only works for bookings via tmrhotels. When booking, the customer sees the amount of the indirect discount as cashback.
With this solution, the discount conditions can be set flexibly, i.e. which hotels, dates and stays the discount applies to, and how much extra cashback the customer receives.
goX promo code – hotel stay discount
A public promo code or a promo code for selected customers only. After entering the promo code, the customer sees the amount of cashback they will receive from the booking price. This solution only works for bookings via tmrhotels.
The discount conditions can be set flexibly – which hotels, dates and stays the promo code applies to, and how much extra cashback the customer receives.
goX Happy Hours – hotel wellness
goX Happy Hours is a promotion during which customers are credited extra goX cashback on their spending in the hotel wellness area on set days and at set times.
The promotion applies to all products sold at the given till, including wellness treatments, drinks and other services. The extra cashback rate must be the same for all products sold at the selected till. The promotion covers both payments charged to the hotel bill and payments made on the spot.
Food & beverage campaigns
goX Happy Hours – food & beverage
goX Happy Hours is a promotion during which customers are credited extra goX cashback on their spending at a selected food and beverage outlet on selected dates. goX cannot be credited for selected products only – the promotion must cover the outlet’s entire range.
Pay with goX only and get extra cashback
A customer who pays the full amount exclusively with goX receives extra cashback on their spending.
Example: 20% extra cashback for paying with goX at the Ski Opening or the Gopass Festival.
